2019 Merit Badge List

These merit badges will be offered at our 2019 Merit Badge University on February 9, 2019.

Recommended Scouts choose either:  2 electives --or-- 1 elective and 1 Eagle required please.

To Unit Leaders:

Early registration for units providing merit badge counselors will begin on Tuesday, January 1, 2019.  Open registration for all other units will begin January 10, 2019. The prerequisites listed below must be completed before arriving at MBU on February 9, 2019 in order to complete the merit badge at MBU.  For more information, check the web site at meritbadge.info or email us at TowpathMBU@Gmail.com.

All registration for MBU must be completed online at www.meritbadge.info.  At least one leader from each troop must create an account with www.meritbadge.info before signup can begin.  Create your account TODAY so you are ready when registration opens.

Each unit must have at least one adult in the building for every ten boys from your troop to assist counselors. (e.g., 2 adults for 20 scouts).

Absolutely no registrations, class changes, or substitutions will be accepted at the door.
